چکیده
Abstract Objectives The aim of this study was to investigate the effect lncRNA-SNHG15 in bladder carcinoma using cell lines experiments and relationship between clinical characteristics expression analyzed. Methods Bladder cancer tissues near-cancer were collected. real-time PCR (RT-PCR) used detect lines. downregulated by interference (siRNA), as detected RT-PCR, that determine efficiency interference. CCK-8 Transwell assays evaluate on proliferation invasion capability cells. t-test for Statistical analyses, which carried out Graph pad 8.0.1.224 software. Result up regulated 5637, UMUC3 T24 compared with corresponding normal controls ( P < 0.05). Up regulation positively related tumor stage = 0.015). And size 0.0465). down-regulation siRNA significantly inhibited invasion. Conclusion This showed is overexpressed (5637, T24) 0.015), Down-regulation invasion, indicating a potential molecular target future targeted therapy.

Emodin inhibits the proliferation and invasion of bladder cancer cells via down-regulating Notch1
Emodin exhibits anti-proliferative effects in numerous cancer cell lines via different mechanisms. The present study aimed to study the effects and underlying molecular mechanisms of emodin on bladder cancer cells. We treated two bladder cancer cell lines, T24 and 5637, with different concentrations of emodin (20, 40 and 80 μmol/L) or DMSO (Control). We analyzed the biological effects of emodin...
متن کاملLncRNA Miat Promotes Proliferation of Cervical Cancer Cells and Acts as an Anti-apoptotic Factor
There are a sub-population of cells in tumor tissues known as cancer stem cells (CSCs) which have similar features with stem cells, including self-renewal and differentiation capacity. Recently, it was established that not only stem cells factors such as Oct4, but also ES-associated lncRNAs are contributing to various regulatory aspects of CSCs. Myocardial infarction associated transcript (MIAT...
متن کاملrnai-mediated knockdown of skp2 inhibits human bladder cancer proliferation and invasion in t24 cells
conclusions the proliferation and invasion of human bladder cancer cells can be inhibited by rnai-targeting skp2. as a result, skp2 may be a potential target for gene therapy in cases of human bladder cancer. materials and methods the expression of the skp2 gene was knocked down by rna interference (rnai) in t24 cells. the transcription level of skp2 was detected by reverse transcription-quanti...
متن کاملLRRC3B inhibits the proliferation and invasion of bladder cancer cells
Leucine-rich repeat (LRR)-containing 3B (LRRC3B) is a putative LRR-containing transmembrane protein and was down-regulated in many types of tumors. However, its expression and role in bladder cancer (BC) remains unclear. In our research, we aimed to assess the expression and function of LRRC3B in BC. Our results showed that the expression of LRRC3B was significantly reduced in BC cell lines. Th...
متن کاملDown-regulation of AQP4 Inhibits Proliferation, Migration and Invasion of Human Breast Cancer Cells.
Aquaporins (AQPs), proteinaceous water channels, have been proposed as mediators of tumour development and progression. However, the role of aquaporin 4 (AQP4), a member of the AQP family, in breast cancer has not been distinctly evaluated. The aim of the present study was to examine the effect of AQP4 down-regulation on proliferation, migration and invasion in human breast cancer. To determine...
